Training for ECE Professionals

We know professional development is key to growing your skills and advancing your career. But we also get it: early childhood educators have busy schedules (and not always flexible ones). That’s why we offer two ways to learn:

Live Trainings and Workshops

COAEYC hosts a professional development night on the 2nd Wednesday of the month from 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM.

Participants earn professional development clock hours for their time.

Live interpretation is available upon request.

Most live trainings and workshops are offered at no extra cost to COAEYC members. Non-members may join for a small fee.

ChildCare Education Institute

Access to over 200 professional development courses in English and Spanish

Topics like Infant & Toddler Care, Preschool Care, School-Age Care, Health, Safety & Nutrition, Administration & Management, Diversity and Inclusion, Guidance & Classroom Management, Curriculum & Assessment, Child Development & Learning, Family & Community Engagement, and Professionalism & Quality Improvement.

Certificates granted after successful completion of Confirmation of Learning at the end of each course (so pay attention!)
