Discovering Your Y: Self-reflection exercises to explore passions, strengths, and interests, empowering guests to set meaningful goals and pursue their purpose in and outside the workplace. When we can discover what drives us we can incorporate those things into each moment of our daily lives.

Join COAEYC and Mighty Mindful Beings for our upcoming Virtual Wellness Hours, designed specifically for early childhood professionals. These sessions will offer a blend of valuable strategies and guided meditation, providing a space for relaxation and rejuvenation. Each month, we'll explore a different wellness topic to help you thrive both personally and professionally.  

Monthly Topics: Self-Care September, Discovery Your Y October, and Positive Stress Management November.  

Meetings: To help meet the needs of early childhood professionals in various roles inside and outside of learning and care settings, there are options to join one the 1st Tuesdays from 1-2pm or 4th Wednesdays from 7-8pm.  We invite anyone whose work impacts children, families, or the early childhood workforce to join.

Price: Members of COAEYC are invited to attend all sessions for free, and may choose to attend multiple sessions monthly if interested! Other members of the ECE community are welcome to join us for a $10 fee per session. Memberships are verified manually, so please be sure to select the correct ticket option to ensure that you receive your Zoom link in a timely manner.
