About the Event
This reflective and strengths-based training explores the essential and often elusive goal of balance—personally, professionally, and collectively. Grounded in the HOPE (Healthy Outcomes from Positive Experiences) framework, participants will engage in interactive learning and discussion to cultivate practices that support intentional time management, boundary setting, and holistic wellbeing.
Through the lens of HOPE’s four building blocks—Relationships, Environments, Engagement, and Emotional Growth—this session guides participants in identifying what truly matters most and how to honor it with clarity and purpose. The training weaves in practical tools, culturally responsive strategies, and community wisdom to help attendees assess their current patterns and design realistic steps toward greater alignment and sustainability.
Participants will:
• Reflect on their current relationship with time, commitments, and caregiving roles.
• Explore the science behind balance, burnout, and resilience within the HOPE framework.
• Develop personalized strategies for setting compassionate boundaries and creating nourishing environments.
