Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Professional Learning Community Discussions
What is a Professional Learning Community (PLC)? It's a cohort of people (in this case, early childhood professionals) who gather to learn, share, and grow together. COAEYC's Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Professional Learning Community is a space where early childhood educators can reflect, develop, and collaborate to create environments of belonging across the state of Colorado.
About four weeks before a community discussion, we will release a curated resource collection of materials to help you explore the topic of the month. This collection will be available to everyone. At the end of the month, we invite you to join us for a guided discussion to reflect as a community on what we’ve learned and ask questions to experts.
Be sure to join our newsletter so that you'll be the first to know when a new resource collection and registration link is available!
