About the Event
- A total of 25 training hours focused on social and emotional development in children birth to three!
- Approximately 12 hours of online learning modules (6 sections with about 3-8 video modules each) presented by Dr. Becky Bailey, Elizabeth Montero-Cefalo, & Angela Fraley. From Conscious Discipline: "The Start Strong: SEL Foundations and Resiliency in Infants and Toddlers (0-3) course is divided into three key areas of focus: Safety Through Attunement, Connection Through Attachment, and Problem-Solving Through Autonomy. Each area of focus is broken into modules that introduce and contextualize life-changing information and practical learnings." Access to the course will be provided for free to participants by COAEYC.
- 10 1-hour reflection meetings with a cohort of your peers facilitated by Kyle Ohl. To acccomodate various schedules and religious holidays this spring, we are offering two sessions a weekly for participants to choose from. They can choose to attend either.
- Optional 3-hour Baby Doll Circle Time training
