Maggie McKiernan with Quality Time!

Maggie McKiernan is an educational consultant, coach, and teacher who is a strong proponent of developmentally appropriate practice, emergent curriculum, and play-based, exploratory teaching.

She began teaching special education in 1972 and has owned her educational business “Quality Time” for the past 26 years. California, Hawaii, Arizona, and Mexico have experienced Maggie and her antics in play-based learning.  Quality Time is a children’s movement, music, and drama program that engages children in whole body learning. Come learn from a Master Teacher and Mentor who has presented alongside Lisa Murphy, The Ooey Gooey lady, and experience all about the brain and learning during play that engages you in the process!
